How long will it take to receive my order?
Since most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate production estimate.
Do you offer resizing services?
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing for most of our standard metal bands within 30 days of delivery. However, certain materials like wood, antler, or stone inlays cannot be resized and may require a complete remake at a discounted rate.
What kind of warranty comes with my jewelry?
Every Staghead Designs piece comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of stones.
Can I provide my own materials for a custom ring?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom work and can often incorporate your own wood, antler, or stones into a design to make it truly unique. Please contact our custom design team to start the consultation.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or exchange on standard collection items, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-designed rings and personalized engravings are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our designs worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their respective countries upon arrival.
